If you have happened on this page and are wondering what it is all about!  I post programming examples on various forums, I have been doing this for a number of years. I have found it is best to change my e-mail address every year or two to throw the spammers off the scent.  The problem is , if I hard code my e-mail address into an example, when someone need some help, they can't get it because the e-mail address no longer works!  So now I direct people to this web page, where I post my latest e-mail address.  Also if I get asked similar questions I can post an FAQ here to help people when I am not around, and cut down on the e-mails!
